Kautala Vivekananda Social Development Society (KVSDS) is a grassroots-led, non-profit voluntary organization dedicated to the holistic development of rural communities in West Bengal. Established in 2008, the society operates with a high degree of transparency and regulatory compliance, making it a “grant-ready” partner for corporate entities. It has over 15 years of experience in child welfare and skill development. It focuses on empowering vulnerable groups, particularly children, women, and older persons, by improving access to education, healthcare, sustainable livelihoods, and essential infrastructure.
Guided by the timeless vision of Swami Vivekananda—who proclaimed that service to humanity is the truest worship—KVSDS collaborates closely with the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal to implement inclusive, community-centric development initiatives that promote dignity, self-reliance, and equal opportunity for all.
